JUST Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 cup frozen vegetables
- JUST Egg Folded (cooked according to package directions)
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Cook jasmine rice according to package directions.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add avocado oil.
- Saute the frozen veggies in the pan until cooked.
- Chop the cooked JUST Egg Folded into 1-inch pieces and add to the cooked jasmine rice. Stir fry everything together.
- Add the soy sauce to taste.
- Garnish with green onions and serve!
