
Green Apples with Chocolate Hummus
INGREDIENTS:
- Sliced green apples
- Chocolate Hummus (Trader Joe's)
- Optional: fresh fruit or nuts
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Slice the apple into wedge pieces.
- Spread the chocolate hummus on top of the rice cake.
- Optional: add fresh fruit on top like strawberries or sprinkle crushed almonds. Instead of using rice cakes, you can swap them out with green apples or another crunchy fruit.
