  1. Slice the apple into wedge pieces.
  2. Spread the chocolate hummus on top of the rice cake.
  3. Optional: add fresh fruit on top like strawberries or sprinkle crushed almonds. Instead of using rice cakes, you can swap them out with green apples or another crunchy fruit.
