We’re gonna take a step back and make an extremely easy and simple recipe. Simple ingredients, simple procedure, and a very amazing snack! We’re making some Chocolate Energy Bliss Balls today and all you really need is a food processor/blender and the ingredients listed down below. Once you have all that… you’re pretty much 85% done already.

What’s the other 15%? Blend everything together, roll them out into some shredded coconut. DONE! I told you this was a simple recipe.

Serving Size: 18-20 Balls


  • 1/2 Cup Raw Almonds
  • 1 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 2 Cups Dates
  • 4 Tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 2 Tsp Maca Powder


  1. Add the almonds and shredded coconut in a food processor. Pulse until you get a coarse mixture.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until it's all combined.
  3. Spoon out about a tbsp of the mixture and form them into balls. Roll them around in shredded coconuts until fully coated.
  4. Eat them right away or store them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes for more of a firmer texture! Enjoy!
