Chocolate Coconut Date Bliss Balls

We’re gonna take a step back and make an extremely easy and simple recipe. Simple ingredients, simple procedure, and a very amazing snack! We’re making some Chocolate Energy Bliss Balls today and all you really need is a food processor/blender and the ingredients listed down below. Once you have all that… you’re pretty much 85% done already.
What’s the other 15%? Blend everything together, roll them out into some shredded coconut. DONE! I told you this was a simple recipe.
Serving Size: 18-20 Balls
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 Cup Raw Almonds
- 1 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 2 Cups Dates
- 4 Tbsp Cacao Powder
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 2 Tsp Maca Powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add the almonds and shredded coconut in a food processor. Pulse until you get a coarse mixture.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until it's all combined.
- Spoon out about a tbsp of the mixture and form them into balls. Roll them around in shredded coconuts until fully coated.
- Eat them right away or store them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes for more of a firmer texture! Enjoy!
