INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Ripe tomatoes
  • Dash of olive oil
  • Fresh basil
  • Sourdough toast
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Toast the bread until crisp.
  2. Chop up the tomatoes into a small bowl.
  3. Add olive oil into the bowl and a dash of salt. Mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Serve on top of the toast.
