Bruschetta Toast
Ingredients
- 1 Ripe tomato
- Dash of olive oil
- Fresh basil
- Sourdough toast
- Salt
Instructions
- Toast the bread until crisp.
- Chop up the tomatoes into a small bowl.
- Add olive oil into the bowl and a dash of salt. Mix all the ingredients together.
- Serve on top of the toast.
