We gave the Cappello’s a 2.5 out of 5 beets because the lingering aftertaste of coconut felt a little too strong after a third nibble. But no one complained too much about having to do this taste test and in either case, any cookie monsters in your life will love it.

This cookie dough got high marks for the chips, which taste like dark chocolate, and the stiffer consistency, which held up to our tester’s desire to pick at it in small nuggets. But they all mentioned that it had a strong coconut taste and was salty, which not everyone loved.
