We all have a particular beauty routine that we live by, but as the seasons change, you might notice you need to refresh your daily rotation of products to keep up with the dry air of the winter or the humidity of summer and how the elements affect your skin. Whether you want to switch up your skincare, makeup, hair products, perfume or all of the above this fall, these are our favorite cruelty-free and vegan goods.

Hair

1. Arctic Fox Hair Color

We've all had the sudden change to switch up our hair color when the seasons change.  Arctic Fox is a vegan, cruelty-free and semi-permanent hair dye that makes this switch so easy (and affordable) without being too drastic.

If you want to go darker, we recommend going black with the color ‘Transylvania.' If you're in the mood to go bold and have some fun coloring your hair, we love 'Periwinkle.' This conscious brand welcomes change and ethical beauty standards and has tons of colors to choose from for a fun-filled time!

Face/Body

2. The Ordinary: No Brainer Set

The Ordinary company became a cult-favorite all in the blink of an eye. All of The Ordinary skincare products are vegetarian (some products include honey or beeswax so read labels carefully) without any animal-derived oils while offering a wide range of 100% vegan products. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed with their ingredients and the vast selection, but the ‘No Brainer Set’ from Sephora has amazing moisturizing must-haves to help revamp and revitalize your dull skin in one packaged set.

3. Juice Beauty – Stem Cellular Anti-Wrinkle Moisturizer

This moisturizer is one of the many stellar vegan and cruelty-free products that Juice Beauty offers. Infused with Vitamin C, it is fully organic and has plenty of antioxidants to nourish the skin and press pause on the aging process.

4. Lush: Yog Nog Shower Gel

With natural ingredients and an endless array of bath bombs, soaps, toners, and hair care products to choose from, you won’t have a hard time finding what you need at Lush. Just recently, Lush released their holiday collection filled with goodies of all sorts. The golden Yog Nog shower gel is particularly buttery and luxurious. The creamy, sweet scent will make you fall in love while lathering it on, and its formula helps lock in moisture.

5. Milk Makeup Lip Balm: Shade - ‘Green Dragon’

This hydrating vegan lip balm is cruelty-free, gluten-free and a must-have for those cold fall days and nights. The shade ‘Green Dragon’ looks daunting and straight out of a Halloween horror story, but rest assured, it has a clear finish and contains hemp seed extract to soothe chapped lips. Bonus: All of Milk Makeup's products are now 100% vegan.

6. Hourglass Vanish Seamless Finish Foundation Stick

Hourglass Cosmetics has a vegan makeup collection and luckily for you, their seamless foundation stick is a part of it. With amazing, buildable coverage, it goes beyond your ordinary foundation and gives you an airbrushed, retouched finish. It was the winner of “Best Foundation” at the InStyle 2017 Reader’s Choice Awards and is without a doubt the one makeup product you need this fall. Also commendable is Hourglass’ intention to become completely vegan by the end of 2020.

7. Honest Company – Liquid Lipsticks

Shifting to darker lipsticks seems to be a given once fall comes around. The Honest Company, created by Jessica Alba, lists their vegan products as not containing "any animal or animal-derived ingredients like honey, beeswax, lanolin, collagen, albumen, carmine, cholesterol, and gelatin.”

A favorite from the brand is the shine-to-matte liquid lipstick in the shade ‘Love’, a perfectly dark, crimson color that will stay on for any apple picking festivities or Thanksgiving dinners.

8. Urban Decay – Eyeshadow Primer Potion Ornament

Urban Decay has a ton of makeup options that are vegan without any animal byproducts or animal testing. The Eyeshadow Primer Potion can be applied before your eyeshadow to give any eyeshadow look all-day staying power with no creasing. The packaging is adorable and maybe a potential perfect holiday stocking stuffer!

Sugar and spice- this perfume is paradise! With a warm and musky scent, this fragrance gives off a sultry and dark aroma perfectly associated with fall.
